Sarah Esty

Sarah is a passionate educator experienced in developing and implementing diverse curriculum across a wide range of disciplines. She holds a BA in Inclusive Elementary Education from Hartwick College, including a practicum in Special Education. Sarah was also a Specialty Ceramics Counselor at Raquette Lake Girls’ Camp. She brings her love of sharing creative pursuits in the pottery studio to Riley children so that they can explore the artists within them.

Sarah is highly skilled at motivating students through positive encouragement and reinforcement of concepts through engaging and interactive approaches. She has been most successful in helping children develop strong literacy, numeracy, social, and learning skills, and is particularly gifted at making strong connections with her students.
